Vancouver is a gem

What  a stunningly beautiful city full of friendly and lovely people (except that one chap early in the day who had obviously imbibed half that all the bars in Vancouver had on offer last night). I've been to a lot of cities in the USA, but this is the first time I've visited Canada, and Vancouver has shot straight to the top of my "places to revisit" list. Just gorgeous. More pix and talk on Little Peppe's website: www.littlepeppe.com

Shirley by the totem poles in Stanley Park ... which you couldn't hope to explore in a week,
let alone in the 7 minute stop we had!!!
Had to chuckle - the son of the chap who took this shot for us was wearing a Tampa Bay Buccaneers T-shirt .... my brother's favourite NFL team.

The streets of Vancouver are stunningly gorgeous.

Autumn (or fall as they call it here) is defiintely one of the prettiest to visit Vancouver.
Just managed to grab this random shot as the bus turned a corner.

Lots of fun with filters in the fall - especially with the orange and the yellow filters.

I was busy explaining to Mum that this was abalone not paua, when then gallery assitant said "Actually, abalone is protected in Canada ... it's New Zealand paua." Funny.

Shirley with the stunning backdrop of the Vancouver Waterfront behind her.
